Here are some FATIGUE BUSTERS for MS's #1 Symptom. (Trust me, I use them.)
1. Plan Ahead. Utilize "low energy" activities after "high energy" activities.
2. Plan for rest throughout the day. HEY I take 2 naps a day! Don't be ashamed...
3. Overheating equals an increase in MS Fatigue. Stay cool.
4. Eat many small meals throughout the day. It keeps your metabolism and energy UP.
5. Recharge your battery at night with a good nights sleep.
6. Know your limit and STOP before you get to that limit.
7. Don't stress over what others may think. You're an MS'er, and let me know, I'll talk with any NAH-sayers...
